Boy, I hope that's just a temporary glitch.  

But on the bright side, does this mean Danica Patrick might become a provider?

I tried a second time and the P411 page tried to open but was incomplete.  Looks like a server error, so fixable.

"This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later."

Hopefully it's IS temporary.  I'm not going to panic yet.
