Hey guys I am thinking of removing my reviews. I have a lot of regulars and there are just so many it makes me a little uncomfortable. Any thoughts? Will it make people worry if I pull them down. Or be awful for my business. I am trying to be a little more low key as my son gets older. I would love some feedback. Alex

There will always be guys that won't see you without reviews but I have a couple of girlfriends who will not allow reviews of themseves. They seem to do very well despite the lack of reviews...

Alex you have got to be one of the most consistant ladies around, you have kept your same phone number and even though I have not seen you in years, I still remember it. So maybe at least keep that. I find it hard to believe you could not sustain your business without reviews but maybe take a little poll of your customers.

I think you have valid concerns so you should do what you feel best. Kids have a way of figuring out things more than we think. You sure do not want him ot find his way on here and start reading details, esspecially if he were to figure out it is you.

I will have to call you again one day now that I am thinking of you!

I assume you have started blocking your face out in all your ads as well.

Although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you yet, it's clear from reading the boards that almost no one else has had the consistent, wonderful reviews that you have had. To have that many outstanding reviews for so many years can only come from being a genuinely caring, considerate provider.  Even the tone of your message shows a genuine and compassionate person is behind the note.  So at the end of the day, if there's anyone in this town who would probably do just fine while exercising a little extra discretion (and deserves it), and doing it for the best of reasons, I think it would probably be you.

Just some things to consider
1)  Do you have enough regulars that you are confident you can keep the level of business you want and pick up new clients as needed as over time some of your regulars move on for various reasons?
2)  Be aware that if you have your reviews pulled from TER then TER won't allow you to be discussed at all on TER.
3)  Have you considered the possibility of simply changing your ads so they don't have pics but do point to your TER profile?  That would still allow people to find you on TER and reduce the risk of someone from your regular life seeing you in an escort ad.

What about pulling reviews that's 3 yrs and older. That should trim down the huge number of reviews that you have. Not sure if admin allows that. Just a thought.

Pulling older reviews is not allowed. It's all or nothing. Either they all go and she is delisted and no one can mention her on the discussion boards, or they all stay.

TER policy.

Vorlon, as always, raises a good point.  It would seem that photos in the ads pose greater risk than the reviews.

As much as I'd love to see your face in the photos, I also think it's a good idea to blur your pretty face or any distinguishing body marks.  Also, you and your son should come up here to Brainerd and do some fishing!

Thanks for all of your feed back. I haven't made up my mind yet. I will be keeping the same phone number. I am aware of the all or nothing policy they have that is  why I have been weighing this decision so heavily. once again thanks to everyone.

If the IRS ever wants to do an audit, the reviews could be used as a self-employment record
and a way for them to estimate someones' earnings

I've always thought this board took the prize for whacked out 'OH NOES they out to get me, they hiding in my closet' conspiracy/sting fantasies but you take the cake. That is unquestionably the dumbest thing I've read in years.

Unless, of course, she files her tax returns under her working name.

Of course, nobody knows what happened to me in Mexico, so maybe you're right.

If that many reviews make you uncomfortable, pull them. A lady of your quality will never suffer for business. Take care and thanks for the nice memories. XOXO Paul

I agree with the all or nothing review policy because it lets everyone know who is consistently good.  Preventing someone such as myself, who has seen you, from telling people that you are among the most consistant providers in this town is not in the best interest of the MN hobby community.  Especially true for newbies looking for a good time.

Another factor would be your decision to still advertize or not.  If you are going to still advertize, then those who have been around TER-MN will know you whether you have your TER profile up or not but anyone new will not and might be skittish about calling - at which point Vorlon's point about your regulars applies.

Alex, I have not seen you but have only been in this hobby for about a year.  I live fairly far away but get to the cities 2-3 times a year and I know would great service you provide.  I don't think I would worry about it.

Alex, you have one of the best reputations in the business. Not only are you good looking and very skilled at your job, but above all else you are simply a very nice person. You will have to use your woman's intuition on this one. Do what you are comfortable with. You may just consider having reviews on the membership sites like P411. With your following, a once a week reminder on the TER discussion board should be enough.

If she pulls her reviews she is no longer allowed to post ads on the TER boards.

TER is pretty serious about their rules for delisted providers.

I'm one of those guys who hasn't yet seen you , but certainly intends to.  Whatever you decide, I hope I still have a way of being reminded of you and seeing your contact info.  It sounds like delisting might not do that, unless you also plan to advertise on Eros or same/similar.
