Coming into Minnesota for the Vikes game next weekend.  Only get to MPLS about once a year or so. Will want to set up a date.  Who is the absolute MUST see in Minneapolis for a 1-2 hour appointment?  

(Prefer  under 35, white or asian, thin or athletic, and I'm not looking to do anything too unconventional).
