Travel lightly with carry-on baggage if you can. Find a locker that you can rent at the airport for 12 or 24 hrs and leave your carry-on stuff there. Carry your valuables like passport, cash, credit cards with you but make sure you secure and watch them closely.

Take the train downtown and hit the red light district touring the back alleys. Visit the sex museum and a koffee house, smoke a joint.

Try a girl or two in the windows for $ 75 - $ 100 euros "suck and fuck." You might get a nice massage from some with a good tip as well, just ask. Late evening / early night is the best but you will find ladies during the day too.

At the end of one "off the trail" alley was a bar called Mama Rose's or something like that. The four windows leading up to it had some of the hottest girls I have seen in my life. All four were 10's IMO.

Honestly there is much more to Amsterdam that the RLD and Koffee houses but with only about six hours real time, it is a good start.

Make plans to return before you catch the train back to the airport.

About 10 years ago I tried the red-light district while there on business and sampled a couple of girls that were on display in one of the typical windows.  Although a cheap thrill, was probably the least memorable experience I have ever had. If you get a thrill just with a quick suck and fuck just be prepared for the most commercial dispassionate transaction you have ever had.  It is quite erotic to walk around the red-llight in the evening when its busy and watch the girls strut their stuff in the windows with bare minimum attire.  One step up from a drive-thru.  (yes, they have those there too).  

Although I had not ventured into any while there, I have since learned that there are very good classy brothels there as well, but pricier.   Good luck.
