I think the weird that they refer to would be something like.:
" Our time together was amazing.
I know we have a special connection. Something that cannot be replaced. Something is so important to meaningful. It has caused me to finally do the right thing. And tell my wife all about us and how much we mean to each other.
Don't worry the kids will ajust.  Meet you soon and we'll start our life together."

The really unfortunate thing is, I bet something like this has really happened.

I am, admittedly, a little newer to this world. My question is, whatbdo you all think of sending a "thank you" message after a memorable visit. I feel like this would be a nice touch to let the provider know you truly had a good time. Is this a good idea? Is this too much or too wierd? I would love to hear input from both patrons and providers. Truly not sure how this would be received.

I have always sent a thank you message. I believe it is much appreciated and some of the ladies have acknowledged it,

My 2 cents. I always send a brief note of thanks and appreciation.  Don’t go on and on and don’t send more than one. Provides are busy, so don’t expect a response, but I think you will find many will appreciate the note and send a thank you back.

I do this all the time and almost every provider response positive. No harm in it.

I like getting them, I think it is a nice gesture. I actually used to send them to new clients but I need to get back into the habit of sending them again! It only gets weird if the "feel feels" are involved. Keep it light, keep it professional. That will keep you on the "will see again" list.  :)

I too send thank you messages after sessions, I find it to be personal and appreciated.  Further more, there is never an awkward way to use your manners!

As a provider I love these messages, I'm happy to know you enjoyed your time. I don't think anyone would ever consider it weird.

Lilykelly, the true definition of a very sweet and classy provider.

Thank you for saying so! (See, we love the nice feedback!) 😂

Thank you for the responses to my question. Of course everything will be kept professional. I'm not here tp catch feels, just enjoy my time with amazing providers. I also know there are a lot of self important creeps out there and I definitely don't want to risk accidentally putting myself in that category.

I truly appreciate them.  I myself try to send thank you notes after sessions.  I must admit lately, I have been overwhelmed with life and that I have slacked on this, but do feel that my clients know I appreciated them and the like.

These thank you messages are thoughtful and helps us affirm that we're giving people a good experience! I don't get them frequency but the occasional "hey, i really enjoyed my time with you" really goes a long way! I'm sure other providers find them appreciative.
