Agreed. Bloomington is a Hobby Trap. Unless you screen w/a vengeance, & are Extremely discreet, you don't want to go there. DT, you may want to stay in a hotel on the edge of it to provide easy access. It can be a maze to get around, & parking can be an issue in the heart of it.

Downtown is the easiest to get to and convienent from everywhere.

Like I've said before,downtown is hard to find your way around and very hard to find a place to park.Downtown is also a very dangerous place,especially at night.And how could it possibly be any safer to not get caught than anywhere else?I"ve been doing this hobby for more years than I care to remember and have never been close to being caught.I used to work downtown and I can't find my way around comfortably so I just don't go downtown.

Downtown is more centralized, plus you can enjoy the nightlife.  Alothough I know you like shopping, so Bloomington would be good.  Either way, I am excited you are coming to visit again.  I can't wait to see you.

Idk about dangerous unless you're looking for it but I do know the homeless people are ruthless.
there's more than just Bloomington and downtown that is easy & centralized for people   .

I unknowingly stayed in Bloomington my first trip to MN years back & not ONE person would come out there once they found out where I was located, lol... I've heard DT is the place to stay

...with tons of taxpayer funding. Oddly enough, you can still find gals walking University Ave, and still hear about stings. It will never end, they just need some crime to report on to their bosses. It just happens to be the kind of ~crime~ they can ~invent~ on any given Friday or Saturday night.

Too bad they can't concentrate all that energy on their real problems.
