about your previous review stating your pictures were not you. This is probably the No.1 issue we have with providers.

It would be like you expecting $200/hr for your time and us only giving you $100.  Imagine how you would feel.  It is as simple as the not meeting expectations. It goes for both sides.

I am not saying the 2nd reviewer was correct in his judgement (about the photos) but this all we really all we have to go by.
