I heard no implication that her time is "more valuable" than his. She was simply being honest & upfront about her terms. Whether or not he wants to proceed is between the two of them. Frankly, I would assume most would be appreciative of her being forthcoming ahead of time. The bottom line is, if you don't think a gal's rates are reasonable, don't see her

4 hrs roundtrip gas and time-$150 Getting to see the provider of your choosing- $300-400 A much wiser choice than $1400 bribing someone to come see you.
Gas'd only be about $12 round trip from Willmar to downtown MPLS.

I only mentioned a 3 hour minimum because it's a 2.5 hour drive each way for me. I don't think it's ridiculous to ask for a 3 hour minimum for a 5 hour drive. Nobody is going to make that trip for a single hour appointment. And as far as travel expense, it would be gas and hotel (if he wanted incall). But you know, go ahead and jump to all sorts of assumptions and make me out to be the bad guy for wanting a reasonable rate for traveling 5 hours to see someone.
