It sucks to be a newbie to Minnesota in this catastrophic times! No idea what are the services, the rates. I am trying my luck in this forum. Please PM me if you interested in taking up clientele.

1)  Do you have any contact information for the providers you have already seen?  Even though their TER reviews are likely gone, if they are still advertising someplace (or even if you can't find any ads), you can try reaching out and see them.
2)  If you do have good contacts from those you have already seen, you could also try asking them if they know of any other reputable providers you could see and help you get in touch with.  Now, it's true that some providers don't like to do this and may get upset (they view other providers as competition) but other providers will be willing to help you and their provider friends out
3)  Are you a member of P411?  Providers on P411 are usually reputable as the ones who aren't usually get booted off the site at some point.

I am having issues also. Have plenty of old friends to see but would love to know what's on the menu for some new ones I'm following on p411.

You can try putting up posts asking for anyone who knows anything about these providers to PM you.

for all parties involved but we do what we can! I know it's cumbersome since our TER profiles would have everything on them for the most part but our websites are serving that purpose just as well.

This biggest thing is to just be respectful when reaching out!  Also, I think P411 is a good alternative to search for us. Finally, if you have some providers you'd like to spend time with, I'd just reach out respectfully introducing yourself. I think we are all on edge during this times and mutual respect is necessary moving forward. It will require more patience for both parties, a willingness to screen in new ways for clients, and the ability to hold off on questions that can end communications until after screening is complete. We'll get through it. We are, after all, the longest surviving form of work in the world.

Keep in mind there are other sites besides P411 as well.  TER was the 1000 lb gorilla but it has vacated the U.S. market, at least for the time being.  I think the vast majority of us would like it back even with the problems it had but we don't know when or even if that will happen.  Considering alternatives is something to do at this point.

Oh I am quite aware there are other alternatives. It's part of my avocation to be aware.  *winks* It was just the first site that came to mind. I know many of us have begun to move to Slixa & Twitter & Switter are options to find us. You don't have to interact - you can create an account and just follow the gorgeous babes you're most interested in.  Off the top of my head, I know of another board that is Midwest based and houses a Minnesota section but I'm unsure there is mutual brotherly love between here & there.

I understand reviews made clients from this realm more comfortable because they realized they were going to get "A, B, & C" (a checklist), but frankly, if a person is doing the very small amount of homework they should be doing before meeting a provider, I think they'll be well accommodated.

I'm pretty sure I know the site you are talking about and they are very welcoming to well behaved refugees seeking a new home.
