I did some research on this one and learned from medical people that it is not urine, it is the same fluid that makes a woman wet when she is stimulated.  It is built up in her body like tears are in your eye.  some women have more and some less.  they conclude that the gush is a result of an extreme O that squeezes the area that hold the fluid.  It is involuntary and the women who can reach the splash say it is the best O they can have.  
not a DR but the research is solid and it makes sense.
a question for the girls; every lady I have met who can really wet the bed will get there in a CG position. what say you?

For me it depends on the time of the month, how close I am to my ovulation time, how close it is in relation to my menstruation and what my diet for the 2-3 days has been.  
Another factor, I've noticed with my cum, natural lubricant, is medications. For example, any type of sinus or allergy medications will dry me up *everywhere*; conversely, when I take probiotics or eat a high diet of natural probiotics, my natural lubricant is thick and very creamy. Yet, there are sometimes when I cum it is much more liquidy, but slippery nonetheless.

The Doc on Howard 101 on Sirius Satellite radio says squirters are incontinent.  It's urine.

Many studies show it is not urine. It comes from the g spot being stimulated. The organism known to most of us come from stimulating the clit. I am not a doctor but have some educational background in this. At one point years ago many questioned if squirting was urine. Read up on it. Google is awesome.
