what is the most effective way to report a rip off. Got took by someone yesterday that was reviewed and I had seen two times previously, in fact I was getting ready to write a complimentary review. Is it appropriate to wait any amount of time for her to respond to me the reason for the rip off? Thanks

What do you mean by rip off? Was there someone in her room with a gun who robbed you, did she run out on you, or did you get shorted on time? All of these could be described as rip offs.

There's no good reason to rip someone off.  
I also don't get why someone would screw up a good regular.
Suppose you could ask her but if no response that usually means "see ya!"  IMO.

A review will be forthcoming. As far as being more specific she took the money and didn't come back. It's more complicated than that of course and I'll explain it in the review. Understand that I assumed that this person was honest and trustworthy due to the fact that I had seen her two times before and our encounters were I thought mutually enjoyable. She was reviewed on TER favorably. I'll elaborate on this incident in my review. Right now I have to bring my granddaughters to the beach they won't be denied

 LOL. I see this all the time in reviews and wonder what they're thinking. It's one thing if you have a lengthy relationship with a provider and you DO have a mutually enjoyable time when together. It happens, no doubt about it. But guys will write up their reviews claiming to have rocked the world of a woman who does this professionally. Unlikely, to say the least.

No sandwich but I did just get a very nice juicy taco,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

  I think a pretty good indicator is when a provider suddenly opens up her menu in the middle of the session and gives you something none of her other reviewers get...........  

   
 I've rarely had that happen, which speaks to my level of skill, but I have to admit it would be nice. There are times during a session I'd kill for a nice sandwich.
