I tried to obtain one two days ago, for a fishing trip to the Lake of the Woods.   Let's see, they ticket people and fine them for not having a license that they tried to purchase.  I don't think so...what are the resort owners supposed to do, cancel the fishing guided trips and replace it with "activities"?

Well, I could think of some activities, but after all, there will be children around....

What I have heard is that they are not ticketing people, but they will tell you to stop fishing.  
But a number of Conservation Officers are being tasked for security at State Parks and other DNR buildings, so there are fewer CO's checking fish and game violations.

They came to an agreement just 24 hours after it was reported that MillerCoors must stop selling beer in Minnesota by the end of the week!
