For the record, I have not seen Phoebe NOR whatever specific ad caused the drama here.  It's gone now, but I will say that her ads DO generally stand out, and in a good way (for me anyways.)  In the midst of all the scripty bullshit crap you have to wade through on BP, her ads have always made me chuckle.

Given all the revelations in this whole sordid affair, there have been mistakes on both sides.  

HOWEVER!  Pheobs has obviously been on/aware of TER for some time.  It is MY opinion that she hasn't watched these boards very well.  If she had, she'd have realized that what was being presented as honest to goodness caring by Belinda was NOT an attack!  Now, we've learned that the cause for concern was bunk, because the location posted in the ad is a public one.  But what if it wasn't?  Yes, in that case Pheobe wouldn't have posted it in the first place, but WHAT IF?

So things flew out of hand because of good intentions.  There was NO reason that I can see for Phoebe to be so rude to people here on this board for voicing concerns.  YES, there were heated words exchanged and BOTH SIDES are responsible for that.  BUT, given our environment, NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE can ever be too careful.

As far as I'm concerned, the "attack" and the ensuing drama was actually started by Pheobe.  All she had to do was set aside the fucking snarkiness and sarcastic BULL SHIT and simply say, Well thank you all for your concern, but actually..."  Instead she feels it necessary to berate and demean and dismiss people she doesn't even know as "fake".  My response to that?  FUCK! THAT! SHIT!

Is Pheobe stupid?  No.  Did she do a stupid thing?  Yes.  She jumped to the conclusion that most/all hobbyists are still livin' in momma's basement gluttonously dining on Doritos every night.  NEWSFLASH:  Folks livin' in momma's basement probably don't have jobs of their own (or very big allowances) and therefore cannot afford the services advertised on BP or elsewhere.  Furthermore, most of them probably are too fat to get OUT of momma's basement even if they DID have the dough to spend.

Now....here's the deal.  I have been working out of the same location for over 2 years and have ALWAYS posted my address in my ads.  So why the sudden concern?  People don't agree with it, thats Ok.  it's my decision.  I have never had any concerns about my safety and security.  
Your message was duly noted and will be taken into consideration.  I am glad I won't "get" to you, it's not my intention.  Just as I have been dealing with different and special kinds of people all of my life, Unlike you, I apparently DON'T have a thick skin, hence my defensiveness.

Phoebee, I really did mean to have your back.  Look, I've only been in the biz a few years but in those few years I have seen the negative side of this biz.   I have had ladies and men attack me under aliases.   I've had a lady attack me on BP and threaten to send thugs to my home.  This was someone who claimed to be a friend and a mentor and knew where I lived .  I have seen the effects of forced bareback on a provider.   I know several providers who have been arrested and/or harassed by LE.  These are ladies that I consider friends and talk to nearly every day and have sat and had lunch with.  So, I know what can and does happen and so I was truly concerned and did not want to see anything bad happen to you.   And before the biz....well, I have 45 years of life under my belt and not all 45 were peaches and cream, if you know what I mean.   The fact is ....I truly think we ladies (and men) have to watch out for each other.  

Knowing what I know now, I will leave you be.  But remember, if you do need help, let me know.  You can always find me here.  That is true for anyone else too.
