I read the article online and I have to say that writer might have a bit of sympathy for the hobbyists. He laid out what the ad said, so if the donut eaters run it again we can avoid it.

The writer also covered the negotiations that got the guys pinched. This is why I only see girls that post their rates. If I have to call and ask for a rate, the girl might ask what I want and that would end the call. Just saying you want 2 pops over the phone is probably enough to get you pinched is GFE is enough for a bust.

I will only ask for an hour of time. I never discuss what we are going to do until we are both naked and busy. I let the girl lead for the first part of the session for a variety of reasons, one being a cop is going to want to get me busted ASAP.

I can't say I know the case law, but I don't think its a stretch to call this criminal defamation under MN statutes, given that a recognizable portion of the person is in an ad that implies she is an escort.

Ive seen them use cropped photos of celebrity & pornstars in the past. Suing them for defamation, Now that would be funny!

They really don't even care about getting convictions.  They want the publicity to create an image of being a risky area for both providers and clients.  Works with me.

Once the "$75" ad was pointed out to me, I did find a google result for a facebook "hottest ass" contest, for one of the photos.  They slightly changed the aspect ratio of the picture, but google's "visually similar" feature caught it.

Not really new info, just the basics.

That that is Dakota county so who would go there any way they are always on something.. I have 2 friends that got busted in that county and they have nothing else better to do. So just remember ladies and gents to research where you are going or staying.

Dakota and Ramsey county are very alike. Doesn't mean that you shouldn't go there it means see only well reviewed solid providers you know & not be tempted to toftt just because they pass the smell test.

So many people make it easy to get busted and convicted by saying the wrong thing at the wrong time.  Make yourself a harder target and know what not to say and when not to say it.  It's not foolproof but the harder you make it for them, the more likely it is you will be OK.

I've found Escortcontact info and eroticmugshots to be good to look up old ads.  Sometimes you find similar pictures in multiple cities, and the same phone number for several names only a few days apart.  Those always look suspicious to me.
