Do not know how they verified y of those reviews and if once posted they co tested usually difficult at best to remove . Think you should DM support and ask them what is different about this view from the fifty others where you never sent any confirmation .
TER said they weren't able to verify that the appointment happened. She sent me a text with the acceptance that I sent. Still not verifiable. It was an accurate and positive review.

The bunk it is time TER weighs in on this one. An add is posted , one contacts by phone email or text, and then writes a review . Unless there are many things in their review check that do not jive should a e no reason to even confirm a session happened. Have seen many reviews where more details are wrong then right and provider protests and they still stay up. I and other would like to have TER explain their stand on this!
