Just stick with suburban hotels and I guess US bank as target center area has been hit up too recently.

I believe the chief of police was just following the orders of the Mayor Cuck who was following the playbook of the Mayor of Baltimore.   Frey and Waltz chose to sacrifice the 3rd precinct, then shit got out of hand and people died.  So many improvements had been made to that corridor with a lot of minority owned businesses opening in the last 20 years (and flourishing).  So many dreams burned down by their foolish dereliction of responsibility and duty.  They should both be run out of office and imprisoned for helping orchestrate and promote this disaster.

I followed about 5 or 6 local providers tweets during those 3 days and they were so eye-opening. They were all protesting, all walking the streets, shared stories about getting hit with rubber bullets, all begging for money for black providers even though the money went into their own accounts. Then Friday night when it hit uptown and literally a block from where some of the ladies share an apt for incalls there tone changed to stop the carnage stop this stop that.
It is very interesting how it is ok to terrorize someone else's neighborhood but when it hits your own place then you start caring about reality. I even called one lady out for people damaging businesses a block from where she stays and she is like "I know I was there".

The first two that made the news was the body of a 30-40 yr old female found beaten to death in the back of a car on the second night I believe.  There was a protester shot by a store owner trying to protect his property.  Shotgun to the chest.  Yes, George Floyd also died and his family pleaded for peaceful protests but the fuse was lit by outside agitators, fueled by a shitload of white Antifa, anarchists, blm and now the Ethiopian-americans are blocking freeways because of something that happened 12,000 miles away.

I have just read that 17 people have not lost their lives as a direct result of the riots.

Have to say I'm amazed at the restraint on both sides in the Twin Cities. George Floyd murdered, a possible looter shot, and a woman killed which may have or may not have something to do with the protests/riots.  Very few police or protestors seriously hurt. And there have been protests almost every day for over a month. Couple of days ago I saw a photo of the St Paul police chief walking alone in the middle of a protest march. Doesn't look like anarchy in Minnesota to me.

220 buildings set on fire and a total of 300+ severely damaged and you say it didn't look like anarchy?  The "rioters" were a hell of a lot more organized than either MPD, Hennipen or Ramsey county law enforcement.  They had radio communication, planted fuel and propellent, targeted buildings/intersections.  I'm damn close to believing this whole thing was staged.   What happened over the course of several days was set into place by subversives just waiting for the right spark.  All they needed was a martyr.

Something that wasn't reported (I know because heard it from people who were on the front lines).... the "peaceful" protesters locked the back gate to the 3rd to trap the police officers in while it was burning.  The video you saw of the car breaking thru the fence was breaking the lock and chain that the protester put on that gate.   They also dont show the cars that blocked the get away by the police either.    So yes... it was organized.  Also the fact that the people doing most the damage were listening in on police scanners, had taken license plates off vehicles then when the police caught on to look out or stop those vehicles they started to steal license plates off of neighborhood cars, the piles of bricks that were "dropped" off around the neighborhoods, etc.     yeah.... real peaceful.

As to chaos I believe its has been chaos 300-500 million dollars in property damage untold millions in police costs , many police officers injured and  attacked and forced to watch a police precinct burned  down car thefts   from white people and thugs saying gimme your keys black lives matter . 10 cops shot nationwide and 1500 shootings in Minneapolis since George Floyd sound like chaos to me be safe out there

Minnesota is a "duty to retreat" state. Deadly force is the last option if your life is in danger. So if someone brandishes a gun and wants to take your car, do you have to give it to them before you can try to shoot them?

lester_prairie 12 Reviews 188 reads
posted
37 / 59

Brandishing a gun in a threatening manner is sufficient to cause a reasonable person to fear for their life and thus use defensive force.   However if you see someone driving away in your car, you just can't shoot at the car.
.
On the other hand if someone is trying to get into your car in a threatening manner, it would be reasonable to assume you are safer in the car than outside (who knows what the attacker's intent is -- to steal the car or to kill you?)  So it would also be reasonable to use defensive force.
.
Pretty much if they are coming into your house in a threatening manner, defensive force is almost always justified.
.
You can't shoot someone just because they annoy you.  But if they are approaching you in a manner in which a reasonable person would conclude there are imminent risks of bodily harm, you can use defensive force.

I was at the vast majority of the protests and what some have deemed riots.   My personal residence is not far from the murder site of George Floyd that sparked a national call for much needed changes.   We should be saddened by this brutal assassination of a member of the Minneapolis community.  However, we should also be proud of our resistance to that violent act.   If you honestly prescribe to this rhetoric of “thugs” and think for a minute that providers are committing fraud you should take a long look in the mirror and the person you see in it.   The police committed murder.  The police instigated a violent response the resulting demonstrations along with members  of extremist groups with a different agenda. Your fear is rooted in your racist, sexist,  privileged out of touch existence.   I’ve donated thousands of dollars to causes in the neighborhoods that I live and work.  If you want to call me a fucking liar I will email you personally my receipts. On top of that  I’m a trans woman.   I’m a sex worker.  I wasn’t exactly dealt  a hand of cards that put me at the top of the food chain.   Yet I was there along with thousands of others doing what I know is right.  Donating money that I made through my own means by working hard and remaining true to what I believe in, delivering food to people cut off,  actively having discussions with my neighbors and surrounding Minneapolis inhabitants.   Instead of being so concerned with what we have done and haven’t done and the legitimacy behind those actions maybe you should look at what you have done and what more you could do instead of sitting on this forum bitching about stuff.  Y’all should be so goddamn ashamed of yourselves.  Your behavior is pathetic and also predictable.   While you worry about your access to your favorite providers Incall and your money being used by said provider disingenuously (like you have a say in how we spend our money.) people are risking their life’s and putting their savings to something bigger than anything this hobby or this discussion could amount to.   I hope your car gets jacked.  Someone else deserves it more than your whiny self.   I hope your money flows from your pockets until a deluge of hobbyist funds fill all the hands that are in need.  I rarely say anything here because frankly y’all are the most stubborn nonsensical garbage on the internet, but this conversation has gone too far.  Someone was murdered.   I was soaked in tear gas and pepper spray burning my skin and eyes for days. My neighborhood filled with national guard and police violence.  Our ability to work and support our community reduced to almost nothing.  To the point of worrying where we were going to get our next meal because we couldn’t get out of the city.   Yet I never felt any fear because of anything other than the police and national guard.   What’s more is I also saw my neighborhood cleaned by community members the days following to a point cleaner than ever before.  I saw people who have never talked prior,  working together, sharing stories, shedding tears. TOGETHER.   Our differences became obsolete.  And  here comes the ultimate point.  We didn’t want any of this. How naïve of you to think that anyone would want such destruction and such violence coming to their community. We didn’t want any of this and if anything members who partook in this discussion are responsible for everything that has happened. The police have the authority to kill members of communities because of behavior and rhetoric like that shown here.  Buildings burned to the ground because of your racist , xenophobic, whorephobic temper tantrums.  Make no mistake by thinking otherwise or that anyone should feel sorry for you because you can’t get your dick wet because you’re too scared of the people who are trying to save our communities to see what’s really going on.   Hopefully by now you have educated yourselves and thank you to those who already stood up for the truth.  If not shame on you.  I hope you find it in yourselves to become better citizens and better patrons of our services. You don’t deserve any of us, but we will still continue to offer you the best of our abilities because we possess this thing that seems to allude many in this discussion over and over again called integrity.

I knew many people on the front lines of this as well.... they were wearing uniforms.   I heard the stories they told.  You are correct during the daytime lots of "Peaceful" protesters walking by yelling FU Pigs, Spitting at them, Hurling insults at them about their families and how they wished that their families would get harm done to them.    Many of these people took it in stride and even stated it is these peoples rights to protest and speak like this.   They said it was generally peaceful other than the hurled insults....

THEN THE NIGHT TIME.... this is when things went ugly.  They talked about how things moved from insults to assault.  They talked about bottles getting thrown, rocks, bricks, then the break ins, fires, looting, etc.  Lets not forget about the "peaceful" protesters that locked the back gate of the police station and tried to burn everyone in it.  If they didn't have a vehicle to break the lock and barricade they would have died.   But there is more stories of how the "peaceful" protesters threatened the lives of people in uniform by shooting into buses, throwing things at buses, threatening and scaring bus drivers out of an area so the police were on their "own".    Yeah lots of stories people dont hear about.

So you have a night and day difference of what really took place... and yes NIGHT AND DAY time activities.   Those people I know in uniform also talked about how during the day they also had people from the community come up to them and say... THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE.   They are afraid to speak up about the violence and destruction that was going on.  They thanked the officers, millitary people for being there or they wouldn't know what else would happen.

So yeah... lots to this story much of what people dont know or refuse to accept... this is on all sides of this issue.   The For protesting and the against protesting.

They also agree that is protests are actually peaceful they are needed and do draw attention to what is going on with situations... .be it police violence, LGBTQ communities, racism, sexism, etc.    But they also say when it crosses the line of destruction, mayhem, looting rioting.... you are taking away the rights of others that you wish were not taken for the cause you are trying to give notice too.

I lived like 5 blocks form 38th and Chicago for like 4 years a few years back and many providers have been to my place. The area was scary at times. I did alot of work at the target, cub foods on east lake street and know that area and those people well. The hardware store/dollar store/holiday got torched on nicollet right across the freeway from where I lived.
I watched all you and your provider friends tweets and updates during all the riots and protests. Everyone was all for the carnage and wreckage of the city until it reached uptown and literally 1 block from where a few of them do there incall.
There was a lot of "it is ok if it happens to someone elses neighborhood but when it gets to mine it is scary and we should stop it". If you were witnessing fires and damage to property why didn't you stop it? why would you keep going? You know everyone that was out there is on camera right?
You spent thousands of dollars of your own money - thats great but also many of you also had gofundmes and donation pages for BLM and providers of color that went to you ladies and thats the money you used. If you go back to the last week of May alot of the providers pages have been scrubbed with there crazy antics that week but I still have the retweets. It sucks that most of them are no longer on here.
Also there have have been a few shootings/stabbings very near "the sacred area" recently that have nothing to with cops because they aren't are allowed within 4 blocks of there - whats your excuse for that. A 17 year old dies yesterday and that wasn't no cop that shot them.

Plus if I use a counterfeit bill at a grocery store and my car is full of counterfeit bills, I don't sit in my car for 20 minutes at the scene of the crime waiting for cops to get me, I get the hell out of town. Especially when there is a camera at the corner of the store filming everything that you are doing.
