Option two if we're meeting for the first time.  I'm the nervous type so talking before the dance with no pants makes me even more nervous if it's our first time together.  If we've met before option one to catch up since our last meeting.  The nerves are usually under control for the second visit.

I see nothing wrong with any of those options.

On subsequent dates all 3 option have come into play. A little variety is good.

I really intend to be casual and calm on the initial meeting, chatting a bit on the weather, how nice the place is, etc.  I fail many times as usually the provider is one hot lady and my hands act like they are from Italy and start Roman, my mouth behaves like it's from France and my dick feels like a compass pointing north.  Before I know it I yield myself to my animal instincts.  I find that if I warn her before hand and toss in some humor she doesn't seem to mind.

At least for me, a session of that length allows time to get straight to the action, then a nice break for some conversation, etc. while I recharge, and the a second round.

To get right to the kissing and caressing, we can talk while that's going on.  For first time meetings discussion after always seem less stilted and more intimate since by then she realizes I'm a "normal" guy and she's safe.  Plus talking with an attractive woman who is sitting on a couch next to me isn't nearly as appealing as talking to a attractive naked sweaty woman who is laying next to me.  It's always hard to tell since they are usually so good at it but if I sense she is a little nervous in the beginning I'm more than willing to talk if she wants to.  The quicker she can go from uneasy about seeing someone new to relaxed and comfortable the better.

For repeat visits it's game on right when I hear her shut and lock the door.

There's always this potentially awkward moment where you pass through each other's "bubble" of personal space and first make physical contact--intimate contact--with each other.  Conventional wisdom says that the way to make this less awkward is to sit and chat for a few minutes, get comfortable with each other, and only then do you move into each other's personal space.

I have found, through many years of experience, that conventional wisdom is wrong.  The longer into the meeting that you wait to touch me...  in an intimate, inviting way...  the more awkward it actually is.

It can be very disarming, very relaxing when the moment you walk in the door, this woman you have only just met cuts right through the awkwardness...  She glides right through your outside-world "force field" and invades your space, and makes contact... intimate contact, that invites you out of your inhibitions, pulls you out of your shell.  You are at once transformed from the hardened outside world guy to the "about to be loved on" guy.
