Now this has gotten me curious and wondering about several things. 1. Why would someone think that they could get a HE at $35 for 30 min or even at $60 for an hr? 2. How does one assume if no draping is offered that there is a HE? Is no-draping a code or just an assumption something else if given? 3. According to some if a lady is under $100 it is almost guaranteed no HE. Can you find a great massage provider under $100 and what does the gentlemen expect besides a HE? 4. If he wants self-finish does the lady walk out and let him finish or she expected to watch? Wow I didn't realize I had so many questions. No draping does not necessarily mean a HE is offered.

You can find a great massage provider under $100, but I would be very surprised if a HE was offered.

1. No, I wouldn't expect HE for $35, but there is the possibility of an upcharge. Some places have a low rate for the massage, and then an upcharge for HE. 2. Wasn't assuming no draping = HE. The massage girl I saw gave an excellent massage, I really enjoyed it. On the flip, I got a throbbing woody and she commented casually how some customers found the light touch part of her massage to be erotic. But no release allowed.
