I am an asian american by birth. And every time I have called the elves thru back page ads, ALL of them had asked me of my race and stated they are not available! While I understand and respect the freedom of the providers, I feel since ALL (and this has happened to me five times in the past 6 weeks from five different girls) have declined solely based on my accent and my roots, they should put a disclaimer on the ads that they don't see asians! I mean, I am not a creepy guy or anything like that! I have offered to provider at least ten references from well known providers as well as other verification methods but those weren't considered! I am not just venting here but I am also curious as to what's going on! I have NEVER had this happened to me before! Any thoughts!

Move on, man
There are so many good providers out there, local and touring, who are willing to see you. Why elves?

On some of their ads, in other cities not in twin cities, they did say they didn't see men of color though. For example,

Guess they didn't expect that there are plenty of men of color living up north.

I don't know why they all turned you down but it seems clear at this point that they know who you are and are not going to see you.  If I had to guess, I would say somehow you got on the bad side of one or more the girls, they told the others, and now they are on the lookout for you.  I'm not saying it's right but in the end it is their decision on who they see and for what it's worth, at least you didn't actually schedule and go to an appointment only to be turned away or get NCNS'd.

Sometimes you just have to accept that it's not going to happen and move on to someone else.

If they won't see you because of your race, you need to move on and find someone who will. You will only receive inferior service and be out $$$ once you show at their door if you try to trick them to see you. There are many highly rated local providers who do not discriminate and will give you great service.

What is it about the elves that everyone is going ga-go overthem, I do not know. I do not see anything that special about them other than their youth. If you like youth, try providers like Elizabeth, Austin Smith, Jeanna and you will be amazed. Don't sell yourself short.

Finally. These "elves" are drawing plenty of attention and notoriety to themselves as they move about nationwide with their nicknames, marketing and soforth.

At some point, the elves might also get the attention of LE. Some vice unit somewhere might decide they need some media attention too and decide to do a sting on them or their clients.

Nicely put Vorlon.

Just because you have the funds it doesn't mean a provider is required to see you. Move on, there are many other providers out there for you to see.

I've had issues with trying to schedule with the elves too.  It seems they are always moving around and their ads are not accurate about who is in Minnesota.  But I am white so have never had an issue with the race thing.  Strange though, never heard of an anti-asian sentiment, that is a new one for me.

I have actually heard of an anti-AA bias...among certain AA providers.  Though, I have not heard of that here.

From what I've heard, the concern is that they might meet someone whom they know in their muggle life, or who knows their family, or whose family knows them, or whatever.  Basically it's rooted in the perception that the AA community is relatively small and close-knit.

However, I was under the impression that the Elves were not local, which would seem to indicate that these concerns should not be present.

In any event, my advice would be to move on.  I wouldn't want to see anyone who harbors any bias anyway.  I did once, and while she saw me, during the festivities, she made some racial comment, and it was a buzzkill, to say the least.
