Best DT in the Twin Cities??

Looking for a provider that can not only deepthroat like a champ, but can take it all and keep it there during release.  Preferably under 30 but under 40 for sure.  Thanks!!

I sense some sarcasm?  I suppose I wouldn't have asked if I knew it was impossible to find.  I'm not an expert in the hobby but figured it was worth a shot - is it really that difficult to find?
