The Wedge Coop has a deli with really good take-out food.
People's Organic (Hennepin and Lake)
French Meadow (Lyndale and 26th)
Common Roots (Lyndale and 26th)

Other good stuff in Uptown:  
Salsa de Salsa
Amore Uptown (previously Amore Victoria) (Lake and Irving?)
Barbette (French) (across from Amore Uptown)
Chino Latino (Hennepin and Lake)
