Your writing is confusing.  Dependable but not too experienced?  Who is not experienced, you or the prospective provider you wish to meet?  Does this mean you are dependable too?

I travel in from out of town and dependability is uber important...but not too experienced...would anyone care to weigh in on who are the most dependable providers...and who are not dependable

Lots of beautiful ladies who give great performance WHEN they show up.  An hour late can still get an 8 -10.  And when that happens does it always get mentioned in a review?  The OP has a lot of work ahead of him to plow through that list!  Good Luck!

Cate or Sassy are good choices as is many other ladies.  Just search the reviews a bit and find one that suits your taste.

But what I believe it means is that reviews are based primarily on appearance, and performance.  There isn't a general category for scheduling, but I've seen it mentioned in a few reviews.  Like a previous poster mentioned.....a provider being a tad late may have nothing to do with her performance or looks.

I got the impression that you are concerned with reliability of her showing up, on time, and delivering as promised.  You can get a good insight to that from our profiles and reviews.  Providers who develop a reputation for NCNS's get SKEWERED sideways on the boards if it happens too often.  And I don't mean the type of skewering that makes us all happy (if you get my drift).

Like SassyRed said....she's never a NCNS, neither am I, nor are most of the ladies on that list that was graciously provided.

If you are only going by who will or will not NCNS you, you may or may not find that info in the reviews.   Many of those who NCNS are posted on this board by the gentlemen as it is very frustrating and unfair to them so they share that information with each other.  A simple search of the board for the last 3000 days with the acronym NCNS should give you multiple posts and multiple names all the way back to day 1 of the MN board.

Someone posted a link to all the providers who scored 8-10 in performance.  While that was very nice, it is not necessarily a good example of "dependable" providers.  There are too many factors that are not taken into account by simply listing those providers alone.    If a provider has a limited menu on her profile, by TER standards she may not be able to get an 8 in performance.  Does this mean she is not reliable.  No, just means she has a limited menu.  Nothing more, nothing less.   If a provider consistently gets high performance scores, does that mean she is ALWAYS on time and is NEVER guilty of ncns?   No, not necessarily.  If she is late is it mentioned in the review?  sometimes, sometimes not.  What if the provider started out her career with a limited menu, and as she got more comfortable expanded her menu and stepped up her "game" so-to-speak, but rarely gets new reviews, because she mostly sees her regulars?  Although the few newer reviews she does get are mostly much higher scores they are outnumbered by the older reviews (with the lower scores and the limited menu).   Does that mean she is not reliable?  No, just means she needs more reviews with the expanded menu to offset the limited menu scores. (this is true in my case)  .   There are many reasons the performance score could be a little off kilter.  

This is why, in my humble opinion, you should not make such a determination by performance score alone.  That is only one part of the equation.  You should look at the reviews, check out some posts here, take a look at a few web sites and do some research and you will find the right lady who you will find is dependable in ALL ways.

TER will not accept a review unless you actually see the provider.  If she does a NCNS, then there will be no review.  If you actually see her, you can include info about her timeliness.

Bottom line is you have to do your research.  Get VIP, learn how to use the search function, and read reviews.

Doesn't make it OK to NCNS of course but if you try to see her best to be aware of this.
