Just join a screening service and let them do it for you.  It is much easier on both sides.  RSK2000 or P411 are pretty good and  the choice for most providers.  She is sticking her neck out taking the word of another provider if she doesn't know that provider.  That what those services are for.
If people think its is to much for the service than see how much it is to get out of jail.

I contacted a very popular TC area provider, gave 3 references. These 3 providers have over 300 reviews and have always given me a reference in the past. One may be retired now, but does answer her  old phone.  The provider said they were UTR. Weird, any thoughts, or suggestions how I might win her over? Prefer not to give her name.

I think your best bet is to move on and perhaps try again some time down the road but you could ask her to clarify why she believes your references to be UTR.

Not much on those services, watching how they spill all to LE when challenged, plus  the cost is silly to spend I think, basically they only protect the provider. Since I only shop around at the most once a year,  but thanks for the suggestion,

That paying RS2K a one time fee of $50 is TOO much to make sure a lady is comfortable seeing you.
You + RS2k/1 lifetime fee = easy screening. Same goes for Date-check -not sure on P411.

This is not just for you, it is for the safety of the community. And who is this you speak of that 'spilled all to LE'?.....? MC? MFP? MN Nice guys?....surely not RS2K, Date-check or P411. Let's stick to the facts.

I probably wouldn't take references from ladies that are KNOWN for not screening or NOT returning references (they are well known in this small community). If I didn't know (of) them or they were UTR, I wouldn't take those references either.

You value what you pay for.
If you want a girl that doesn't care for her personal safety or comfort, you really don't value the girl you were seeking.

Good luck!

I've used P411 a few times successfully.  I've never heard of any problems with them and as far as I know they are based in Canada so the LE risk is greatly reduced.  If you have specific evidence to the contrary, please share.

Are the two references you used on your list of reviews? I see at least two on there that have many reviews, are great escorts but simply do not give references. Ever.

Maybe the ladies you used are known not to give references and that's what she meant by UTR.

When you say "the provider said {they} were under the radar" whom is referred to as they?  The ladies you used as references, does not seem likely if "they" have over 300 reviews.

If indeed the "they" meant the lady you were contacting for time, she may be taken aback by the number of reviews of the ladies you gave as references.  Sometimes a LOT is TOO much!

Some UTR ladies want guys that have seen mostly UTR ladies or guys having a low profile themselves.

In regard to P411, I think the annual fee is expensive. No specific evidence on issues just that  I think once you send your personal info to any of these services there are no guarantees what happens to your info. Do they sell it to another service? What if the service has legal issues, and is audited?  To much risk for the little reward.

The provider was describing my references as UTR.  These references are not UTR was my arguement. This particular provider said my references were not up to par. I noted they have many reviews on this board that are current, and give good references. I don't thing the question was the number of reviews for the provider, but that she tried to argue they weren't up to par references.
