I'ts one of those little arab counties with lots of oil money.  I believe it's also the country that Dick Cheney's old company,  Haliburton,  moved their headquarters after they made all their billions off of the U.S. taxpayer in Iraq.    I thought at the time that it was to avoid U.S. taxes,  but maybe they had other things in mind!  lol  Can't see Cheney, with his heart,  being able to handle her.

I lived and worked in Saudi Arabia for 10 years and Dubai is a great place to visit - great golf, good night clubs, excelent hotels, multinational flair (heavy Indian and Euro influance), etc.  Around the first Gulf war and the end of the Soviet Union a whole slew of Rusians setup shop in the UAE (Dubai, AbuDhabi), Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.  The girls would solicit clients and the guys would buy consumer goods.  After a couple of months the team (a few girls and guys) would have a shipping container or two of consumer goods packed up that they would send to Russia for sale on the black market.  The girls where great, the best being from Siberia or those that migrated to the SU from N. Korea.  Whorein the Gulf was a blast.

Boy you guys are slow on the trigger there.
