Any hotel in the Mall of America / Airport area should be fine. That's a pretty common destination for touring escorts. That covers both St. Paul and Minneapolis. I've seen other tourists hit St. Cloud, Duluth and Rochester, Minnesota, but can't really say how successful. They tend to spend multiple days in Minneapolis and one day in those other cities.
