Got verified but have not taken the plung yet. Any others have have experiences or thoughts to share ?  

XO is honestly great. Most of the women are accurate, and love to please.

XO is absolutely the best!  Seen over 50 ladies and probably 3 or 4 of them I tend to forget.  Every other lady is total GFE (to an extent) and some will straight blow you away.  Nathalie, Pearl, Aria......total nymphs.  Total smoke shows Stasya, Carina and Steffany.  The list goes on and on.  If you can get verified with them do it.

Verification for XO Club does not appear to be very easy.  Their form asks for an 'Indys Username' I have not even heard of that site let alone do I have 4 references there.  Also says must be a member of 'RVS-AVS' I do not know what that is either.  I have pretty much just used TER over the years.  Does anyone know if there is a more streamlined way to get verified for XO Club?

Still miss Touring Girls badly, but XO is incredibly consistent. Unlike other agencies, they coach their providers to give the most believable, intense GF experiences. Pearl 4 times, 3 times for Aria. And about 10 others of whom 3 were just averagely excellent. Their pricing and performance are almost unbeatable. Those who like Olita have never used XOC.

Touring Girls still comes through MN occasionally, they advertise on Eros Ns P411. I miss CG's. Their Last Minute Deals were great if you were able to take advantage of them.

There are hardly any reviews of their newer providers. It'd hard to pull the trigger when you don't know the extent of their service.

They're reviewed on the site which is usually a bit rose tinted but somewhat helpful.  
External reviews are discouraged by the agency which has meant that there are few early, timely TER reviews.
There are hobbyists back channeling.

I’m in the process of getting verified with XO.  They are asking for my P411 ID. I recall from back in the days with Gina that she counseled against giving out you P411 ID. As such, I’m hesitant to give that info up.  But it sounds like you all did the same thing with no issues.  Am I making too big of a deal of this?

Hmm, you can do an invite to external providers from p411.  So maybe you can use that instead of handing out your id.

That doesn't get him verified with the agency though.
