It looks like an agency -- many of them share the same instagram (massage_USA77), which advertises multiple traveling providers in multiple cities.
The site you're looking at is largely a listcrawler. Looks like it's getting most of its info from CE. There are a few real people on it.  
Bottom line -- you'll have no idea what you're getting until you walk in.

Agree on the now knowing what you get.  Had a look, and they all seemed TGTBT. Did a Google image seach and got some matches from a hair and makeup Pinterest site.   If the gals that posted all their beauty tips knew they were ending up on escort sites, I'm sure they would flip!
