Unless you see a specific ad from a provider you will most likely find out word of mouth.  Either a provider you know will become pregnant or you can ask a provider you know well if she knows of anyone who is.  I guess in our area a couple of providers become pregnant each year and maybe one will see clients.  Over a period of a couple of years you should be able to find one.
