Wasn't a "7" the best you were allowed to score someone unless some specific acts had been performed in session?  None of them are mentioned in this review.

You are right about performance scoring rules.  We will have to see if they lower the outrageous score.

Yeah I agree.  One interesting note about these scores, I received a PM from someone at TER about a month or so ago informing me that the performance score from my review of Armani almost two years ago was being changed from an 8 to a 7 because of the rules.  I thought whatever, she is long gone from the scene I do not know what difference it makes.  So I guess my point is that they seem to monitor these scores to some extent but apparently much after the fact (or maybe it is hit and miss).

Bit with the reviews of FS and non-FS providers being mixed together, it does not make sense to me to put restrictions on the scores of FS providers and not on the non-FS ones.
