I'm confused. You emailed...she emailed...she sent you a text (evidently you gave her your preferred cell #) and you replied via text and received no response from her? Is that the issue? And then you ask for us to chime in to say if it's acceptable for her to not reply to either your email or your text? If that's the question I'm ready to respond...
I have recently had a series of communications with a provider, where I communicate initially via email, she responses via text to my cell phone and I (not using my hobby cell except for hobby specific messages), never received a response.
I am being unreasonable expecting that an email should be replied to with an email and a text message replied to with a text message?

Unless it was more appropriate for her to respond in another way. For example, if I had said in the email that she should just text or call with her location.
...if she's a young woman, she's constantly glued to her phone and not sitting at a computer. I find it much easier to text from my phone than emailing from my phone, she probably does, too. When I set a date it's almost certainly originated thru P411 thru which I give my cell number but our initial contact is likely gonna be email and then by text as the appointment time draws near. In the future you might mention that you'll only have your hobby phone on 90 minutes before your date so please only use email up until that time.
Remember, she's a desirable woman but you're just a mere man, so, she's always right and you're always wrong. Just apologize for your mistake and try to reset your relationship.
I think you're trying to ask if you should get a reply in the same medium that you sent the request (though I'm not sure it was worded quite like that). Yes, unless you say "text" me back or "call" I would expect, actually more than expect (for security) that the response would be like for like. It's one thing to call someone and get a generic text back, since it's still the phone, it's something else to e-mail then get a phone call or text (unless requested or stated that it's okay in the original message). Not good at all. That spells "do not see" in my book as I simply can't trust that she's thinking about my security and hers.
