Wow I had no idea ?  People need to relax a little!

I had that same problem when I was new to the hobby. With a few reviews under your belt and some posting on the board, things should get better

Paranoid because we ask for references?  Paranoid because you used improper language in an email or on the phone i.e. asked about money or services or talked dirty?

Your reviews are pretty old.  Glad you are back but those reviews will not tell a provider anything.

Now go out and get laid!

No paranoid because they think everyone is working with LE. I for one don't understand why it's illegal.  The cops have no problem with a guy meeting a girl at a bar buying her drinks all night then taking her home and riding her till dawn!   What's the difference!  I believe one is better than the other infortunetly for me it's not the one that's legal!  I think the quality providers in Minnesota are the best!  As for you wannabees you need to hang it up and just hang out at tour favorite saloon!

Even with that said, we still know the laws and guys and gals are still getting into trouble.

I know it's hard to build trust with a new gal sometimes but once you're golden in, you're in! Just try to see a new gal every 6 months or so to keep your references current.  

Good luck to you and PLAY SAFE!  Trust me when I say, you don't want a gal who does NOTHING to verify you; she is the one who is letting just anyone in her door... Hopefully you see where I'm going with that statement.

Last I knew, quality providers do screen and are not wannabees.  You have some twisted thinking.  And you are preaching to the choir.  We all agree with you, that LE should find better things to do but that doesn't change the fact that they are still coming after us.  So, we will still screen.  Either you allow us to do that or you don't.  The choice is yours.  Bringing the argument here so frequently is senseless because those in favor or not in favor will NEVER change sides until they get caught with their hands in the cookie jar.

I am not saying you should not screen!!  And the wannabees are not people that screen!!  That's not what I meant!!  The wannabees are the girls who are far from quality providers!!!
Girls keep verifying please!!! All I was saying is the hobby should be legal!!!! The le really needs to get a life and move on to bigger and better things!!

your first post says we are paranoid and should relax.  Now you say "keep screening".  Huh?

I screen and I will continue to screen.  If someone chooses not to allow me to do so, I always wish him good luck in finding a suitable companion and have no ill will towards him.  We all have different degrees of safety and comfort levels that we follow and I have to stay true to mine.

You'll get no argument here about LE's proper role, which should be limited to situations where both parties are NOT consenting adults.  Unfortunately, if and until that happens, paranoia will continue to be part of the situation and a necessary one to some degree.
