So, I'm not a big sleep-talker, but this is not going to end well I don't think.

A couple weeks ago, after a long weekend with my ATF, I mumbled her name in my sleep.... and my wife heard me.  Strangely, I didn't really get grilled on it and it blew over.

This past week or so, I've been waking up thinking that I was in bed with my ATF and just barely caught myself before saying or doing something incriminating.

I would think maybe this sleep-talking thing may have gotten some other hobbyists into some hot water?  The only thing I can think to do is to come up with some sort of solid cover story as to why I'm referring to another woman in my sleep.....  Or, I could club myself over the head with a rock before I go to been to ensure that I sleep very soundly

For 20 minutes every day for a couple of weeks,
type you wife's name on a word processing document, while mouthing or saying out loud (if you can) your wife's name.  You are obsessing over your ATF and you have to replace that name with your wife's.  Don't keep the document, just do the exercise

You can either start calling your ATF (and all others) by your wife's name, or find a new ATF with the same name as your wife!

When with someone other than your wife, be it provider or girl friend, never us their name. You might labels like sweetheart, honey or some such thing.

I never really sleep that well, my brain doesn't shut off the way it should :)  If it's not my ATF, then it's usually work I can't get out of my head.  And if it's work, I'll end up sleep-arguing about work shit.  Ugh.

I have a friend that takes a 1/2 ambien before bed to quiet his mind.  He claims he is out like a light and good to go the next day.
