I have lived in the area along with a couple other well reviewed well know providers for almost 6 years and never once did I have any atercations that would put any client in jeapoardy that I can attest to.
I think it's the choice of girl not the location in general. Every city has issues with the wrong girls but let's not say specific locations because like I said its the choice of girl not the location

Anyone's general rule should be to stay out of Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, robbinsdale, North Mpls. Lot of gang banger wannabees looking for an easy score.

Its easy for idiots to pile on those areas of the city, because let's face it, those areas are primarily black. I've hobbyed and ventured to "those areas of the city" and never had a problem once. Like you said, its the girl, not the area. And those who perpetuate the myth of these areas of the city are idiots
I would agree it's not the area but the provider. I just saw a MF couple their this weekend. Some areas, as in BP/BC, are known for more busts and warrants hobbyists to research the provider more before taking the plunge but as far as the quality of the provider, location is not that big of a factor.
You could see her in the slums and have no problem! It's all about the attention brought amongst the incall location, weither it's a hotel or not! Like saying St Paul is totally off limits! Well, I've seen many friends in St Paul and have had nothing happen, so if the reviews are sketchy in the first place, why put yourself at risk? Thats on the guy for thinking with his little head. There's too many girls with A-1 reviews to see, let the idiots see the Cl girls who are pimped out and seeing 10 people a day. There's too much traffic, for me that would be a huge red flag!!
