Comcast.  DNS resolution seems to be falling down.  My home ISP's resolution was also failing for several days last week until I changed over to another set of resolver hosts.  I can't tell you why, the only resolution failure seemed to be here.

I'm on Comcast and get a 'not found', but on my phone it's working if I disconnect from wifi.

Have not been able to get on here since Sunday until this morning.  "Not Found" message.

I guess we'll see soon enough if the inconvenience was worth it.  :)

Maybe I'm not tech-savvy enough, but it seems odd that I could reach TER on my mobile network but not in my home or office.

I've heard of other people who could access TER one way but not in another.  Could be simply that some ISPs were more able to find an accessible route to TER while the work was going on.

DNS (domain name servers) are distributed.  They contain the routing info.   They might get out of sync, especially if the host site is doing maintenance.   Apparently some times it can take a day or two for all DNS to update.

Thank you.   I was leaping to the conclusion that Comcast was selectively censoring.  Seems I was wrong.
