At least it wasn't a complete waste of time, as I scheduled her for right after the Vikes game as a treat.  She was great on the phone with 2 calls earlier in the day.  Then, no call while on the way at 3, no answer on her phone at 3.15, no answer again later.  NCNS by 3.40.

I have fallen in the same trap with 19 to early 20 something yo providers.  Lately, I stick to the late 20s and up providers and my NCNS ratio has gone way down.
