You might be right on the Russian thing. This guy definitely isn't a native English speaker. Piss poor grammar and spelling isn't all that uncommon but you can tell when it's a language barrier by how the sentences are formed.

I just submitted a problem report regarding osha1857's reviews of Charlotte and Brooke. Read both reviews and you can only conclude that they are fake IMO. Did someone else mention Charlottes review previously?
