I have been trying to find a Minneapolis Provider that is willing to do an Outcall into WI (just past Hudson, 20 min from Woodbury... so it is still considered part of the Twin Cities) but I have not had any luck at all.   In fact, providers are not even being courteous enough to return my calls.

I would definately prefer to have an Outcall instead of going for an Incall.   Am I just going to have to suck it up and do an incall?   I am new to this so I have no idea of the general travels distances that providers are willing to travel.

The escort licensing standards in WI are more stringent and more expensive making it harder to get a license.

The income tax reciprocity agreement between these states has been rescinded. A MN provider will now have to file a separate WI state income tax return.

I might just be full of shit, too!  

Could open up a can of legal worms...
