OK, so seems like running an agency is high risk,cost and time with small rewards.   Next idea it to start making porno movies in Minnesota and wondering if anyone has done it or has personal insight.

Florida, Nevada and California are the only states where it is legal to film porn. The porn industry is oversaturated anyway. You would lose money. Gonzo is the only type of porn that sells and one gonzo scene with decent production value would set you back at least $10k, including the fee for the performers.  

I've heard rumor of one porn studio near Minneapolis, but it could just be rumor.
