I always here guys reviewing us and complaining on our services ect.. I think we need toput something together where everyone can ad thier opnions on guys. Is there already something like this?? Being an agaency I get alot of the rif raf.

provide better service?  I've never seen you, so I'm not personally making any judgements about you or your service, but if you're getting less than stellar reviews, maybe you should look at yourself instead of finding a way to complain about guys as much as they complain about you.  There shouldn't be an adversarial relationship between hobbiests and providers.  Remember: guys are calling you for a good time!  Look at a top-notch provider like Alex - no one complains about her services because she likes what she does and treats guys like they are kings .  Maybe if you followed her lead, you'd get better reviews.  It sounds like you might just have a little contempt for the men that call you...

Since this is a consenting business..I would think you should know your clients and don't accept those you think are rif raf..If we have a bad experience we don't call again..

I asked a simple question. It wasn't directed at you nor anyone else. That you took offense speaks volumes.You might try and remember you are in a service busness. People compare prices/services weather it be grocery stores, dry cleaners, lawn services, escorts or any other service orentated business. I beleive most succesful businesses operate under the pretense that the customer is always right. If they're complaining they look to see how they can change things to accomadate the customer. After all, without the customer there is no need for your business. As for a black list - I think you already have one. Most are asking for a referance. There is the opportunity to jamb up anyone you've had a problem with.With your attutude I can see why your agency gets so much of the rif raf.

....abrasive nature and tone of your message will bring more heat and "complaining" from the crowd.  Tread carefully when you post your intentions (or wishes thereof) to distribute info of your clientele with other agencies & indies.  You need to make a choice on how you do business.  To filter the "rif-raf", you might consider increasing your fees substantially, then discount accordingly for established hobbyists.....just an idea.  P.S. Please consider taking the Flag of your web-site.

So don't do it.  Just provide your clients with decent service and everything else takes care of itself.

I have never seen a provider win by battling on the boards, but some just insist on doing it.  That is simply insane.

I was thinking of this because I have had so mzny no shows. I am an awesome provider, ask around. I am sure I have see you b4!!!

My agecy is doing fine, we get high class clients without rif raf. If not my gals would not stay around. I think that other gals should be informed when there is danger out there, don't you. If you guys have a bad session with a girl don't you express it. By the way this is Julia/Amber and my reputation has been 100%. Not one bad review in YEARS!!! Yes I do take it personal, cause it is my work, as well as my fun time. I do value my customers but your not always right. Oh so guys can talk about us but we cant talk about them, hmmmm sounds wrong to me. I am going to express my opnions as I feel sorry if I offended you. That post was not put there to make anyone feel unafe. It was ment for the gentalman I was intendin gto read it to get it and read it.

I think I am not the only agency/gal to have problems that should be heard by other providers. This is not a matter of battleing the boards it's a matter of free speach, and us as providers all being safe!! I never said that there were not gals out there that have done some out right bullsh_ _!!! I know there is , all I am saying is that you guys can keep one another safe and we should have the right to as well without being bashed. I mean I could see if all my reviews were bad then I would understand the hostility but I have been around for a while and have heard no complaints. Lighten up.

I haven't seen you reviews...I was just basing my comments off your quote: " I always here guys reviewing us and complaining on our services..."   I don't know what to tell you about no-shows, but I can say that your recent postings probably aren't going to help your business.  I'm sure you're a good provider, but your suggestion above, as well as your rant on the other board are only going to scare people away, as well as possibly draw negative attention to "the hobby" from others (LE).  Just cool down and think a little more next time before you start typing...

Okay your right my motherly instincts kicked in, I was threatned so I posted personal stuff to let this person know I was not scared "on the other board", and that I would not lay down, like others have, and let this person threaten me and my family!! I did not post it here because it was suppose to be a warning that I to can play games when forced to, thats where the red hair kicks in.

Yes I am Amber priorly known as Julia, now working for MN Discreet Ecounters. I have never tryed to hide that. I do help out with the agency time to time by postig or returning e-mails when I can help out. I have no reason to hide my idenity.

Has there been issues withthe agency??? I do not mind constructive criticism as long it is not rude!!! I have not heard of any issues with our services.

We get plenty of great business, noone should have been offended, it was to let people out there know that if your not a good client we don't want to see you.  They know who they are. No shows are not cool, actually they are a big waste of my valuable time. I have a day job that I leave from time to time to take appointments, so when I am stood up I do not get to pay all my bills at home. I think you guys get just as frustrated with gals when they do such thing, oh yeah, and you guys post your frustrations on this board and do not get bashed, you get thanked for putting the warning out there.

I agree, I do think girls should communicate to one another more often when it comes to references but it does not happen all the time. Not all girls are okay with providing a reference. It definatly would make the whole settig up an appointment thing easier for you guys. So sometimes the refernce thing does not work, this is why we take names, but keep in mind that if an axe murder came to see us, we are just dead, or if a man wanted to take what he wanted and skip out, it is possible, or if he gets off on hurting others, we may get hurt, I think you get the picture.  This is why I take names.

Get where the fear is at for the ladies.  We (meaning mn discreet encounters) do not see anyone new in our incall location to keep ourself safe.  So I do what I need to do to make sure if some odd situation was to arise I would be able to defend myself.I have never personally had theis kind of problem, but it is probably because I screen my clients well. Also I call it plain luck, God has a plan for me.

Thanks for all jumping on me and not trusting me. I AM a trust worthy person and I value the fact that I have morals that I stand by unlike some other gals. If a guy is not happy with my services and posts a bad review, by the way has never happened because I enjoy my job, I have no issue with that. It's not like I m going to threaten you, but I understtand that it has happened in the past but not by me and never would it happen. If I am frustrated with someone I am a direct person, I get more gratifications letting them know I am pissed.I think there are plenty pf people that know me personall,like Imean know my kids and I and know that I would never harm a fly unless necessary!

Julia...this drama affects this hobby as a whole. It does not just affecet Hobbyist but also Providers. The key thing to do is to take a step back and colect your thoughts and write a rational response  to what is going on.  when you put emotions into it...is gets all F---ed up and peole get pissed off.

NEVER should any provider or hobbyist EVER involve family menbers into thier battles...this is so low life is is not even funny...it is just plain F---ed up period!

You are smart to protect yoursevles at your incall location to new hobbyists until they are proven "safe"  You have been in this business long enoough to know you need to keep your butt covered and have a back up if you don't check in with someone by a certain time.

I will agree with you in that you are trustworth and drama free, in my opinion.  Get back to what you enjoy...the hobby.

Julia: You managed to awaken a few carpers who apparently didn't take time to think clearly. I suspect they just like to carp about something. You have a stellar reputation.

I was fellinga bit picked on. I had a life event happen in my life that I felt I should express, it's not like I can call my mom and say hey mom guess what this _itch did today. By the way if I end up missing it is because of _______. Thanks for standing up for me. I really feel better ow that I know someone unserstands me and does no think that I am  a drama queen.

even in the rare event that a provider wins a "board battle" they still end up losing  by driving away potential clients who see that t ey are the personality type that back down in a fight until they get the upper hand at any cost! Well, that "win at all costs" attitude is exactly what I look for when hiring an attorney, but it is the LAST THING I WANT FROM A PROVIDER!!

I'm glad the ladies do it though - It helps me know who to avoid!

harryj: Maybe YOU should reread her post.  I think THAT was the original "carping" here, wouldn't you agree?  Also, I never said she didn't have a stellar reputation.  I was just responding to her post....this is a "discussion board", right?  So, why don't YOU take the time to reread the posts and take the time to think clearly and and drop the knight-in-shining-armor routine.  If you read her post on the other board, you'll know she's quite capable of taking care of herself...
