Ever wonder why now the most frequent posters on the board are providers?  (currently 7 of top 10 as I post this).

It wasn't that long ago, maybe midsummer of 2008, that only the bravest of the providers actually participated in voicing opinions and comments in threads on this board lest they provoke nasty comments from the many rude bullies this board was riddled with. Since then, the tone of this board has mellowed and matured. Partly, due to the change in management at the top, but also due to adherence to the posting rules of respect and decorum on the part of the moderator. I think, too, that a lot of it is due to the tone that many of us hobbyist posters set to make the providers feel comfortable enough to post. Yes, you can call me a White Knight because I have no problem coming to the defense of a provider who's not being treated fairly and respectfully. (Henceforth, when addressing me please lower your eyes, bow your head and address me as Sir Drumsticks, thank you.)
Of the seven provider top 10 posters you refer to, three of them never or seldomly participate in theme days. So that works against your argument. There used to be more hobbyist posters in the top 10 but, because of the recent LE events, several (many actually) of them have taken a noticeably lower profile and don't post as frequently. This will likely change as the dust settles. That also works against your argument.
Theme days are not new to this board. They've been going on ever since I've been following the MN board and other boards. With the demise of MFP, theme days have been more frequent as the providers migrate over to TER. At MFP we used to have frequent theme days or theme posts and everyone was cool with it and enjoyed themselves.
Anyway, some sage advice:
One who proposes a hypothesis and supports it with dubious and/or controvertible evidence is called 'a fool'.

My my MY... Sir Drumsticks.....

Your vocabulary AND your writing is admirable!  Getting past the aforementioned.  U B pretty cool in thought too!

Pardon me....but I really have trouble understanding why some of us hobbyists are sooooooo hung up on letting the gals express themselves?  If it wasn't for them we wouldn't even bother to read 'the Board'.  Who cares if it is 'advertising' sometimes?.  I enjoy this board and read it often.  If they follow TER rules...then fine!

AND....I'll give a big thank you to Ickuts for being an open and fair moderator....regardless of what some of us say.

...You should be able to see that this board has been reduced to simply a free version of Eros.  It is almost completely advertising.

I don't have any problem with the photos, but really, I can see cheesecake photos of escorts pretty much whenever I want.

Useful information for hobbyists - which was the purported purpose of creating TER - is no longer available and in fact actively suppressed.  This is per the policy of those who have the reins, not the fault of individual moderators.

If you enjoy the TER board as solely a forum for free escort advertising, as you plainly do, then of course you celebrate the "tone."  But to behave as if this shift to an advertising format is somehow protecting providers from "bullies" is inane.

I think one of the most pathetic behavior is someone who needlessly points out how much other people post.

a great board is comprised of many different kinds. those who only lurk silently, those who post every now and then, and the most important of all, those who regularly post.

Without the regular posters, it soon becomes a dead board. so instead of making juvenile attempts to mock them for their high post counts, maybe you should be grateful for their attempts to liven up the board. if you don't like their posts you can always simply choose not to click into it or disregard their comments.
