I saw her this week. She is very hot and sexy with a beautiful face and eyes, wonderful tits, and an incredible ass. There aren't any "rules of shilling" as far as I know.

I allowed it because she has an active TER profile. While she has not had a recent review, she didn't request her profile to be taken down and many providers seem to retire a few times before calling it quits.

It's a totally worthless shill if she is retired, and yes we should be shilling for active providers.

Maybe the mods can step in and clear the air.  I would think if you want to shill she should at least me made available.

Jacie announcing her retirement seems sad to me. Maybe we should have a thread on remembering our favorites that we can't see anymore.

I guess my personal belief is that these posts are most useful when they are for a provider who is, if not a local, currently active provider, is at least someone who visits regularly.  Girls who are now UTR, or come once in a blue moon, or whom someone saw while visiting other cities may well be wonderful experiences (and I've had some of those) but it's not someone that anyone reading the post can easily look at and say "yes, I should call her."
