I only brought it up if because I thought I had seen precedent; I thought that I remembered one or more instances in the past when a similar situation occurred and a similar post was moderated. That post may have had a direct link to an article that contained a name, or a name and photo. Perhaps one about the ______ Medical Center CEO sting. It may have predated your being moderator of the MN board, or may have been during your absence. I don't recall ever seeing a similar post like the OP about an arrest that listed names on the MN board.
I also realize that to some extent it could be considered a moot point, since simply searching the web for the key words "arrest" "prostitution" "municipality" will bring up the same info.
ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Four people were arrested after a recent prostitution sting in Rochester.
Rachael Gray, of Milwaukee, was taken into custody after she allegedly offered sexual services online.
An undercover officer responded to the ad and arrested Gray at an undisclosed location.
She faces charges of soliciting prostitution.
Mark Halverson of Lawler, Iowa, and two un-named Rochester men were also arrested after they allegedly responded to an online ad for sex, and then offered money for services.

No working name was used for the woman arrested nor was a board handle used for the men. If it doesn't out a TER member or tie in a working name then it's fair game, AFAIK.
