The condom already reduces sensation. If it's lubed on the inside that's another layer of detraction, for me anyway. On the other hand, if you come very easily, it might be of benefit.

So maybe this is a no brainer for you all,. But I'm truly curious to know the answer to this.

The question is: What is best when wearing a condom: applying lube and putting condom over that? No lube, just bare condom? Or something else?

I've never had lube inside the condom.  I don't see what it would accomplish.

I would never put lube on before the condom. i have used some over the condom especially if the lady needs some. I have women apply lube that way.
