It'll be a process but

... you're going to have to go through their screening process and after the appointment, request an "okay".

Please be aware though that most (keyword: most) providers require anywhere from two (2) to four (4) P411 okays within a 90-180 day timespan prior to the appointment. This means that even after you get that first okay, you may still need to go through a secondary screening process with the second provider you see depending on their "fine print". Again, I say this because I rarely, if ever, have heard of a provider accepting only one recent P411 okay.

It's also pertinent to note that P411 has been more "vocal" about encouraging us to do as much screening as we feel necessary to keep ourselves safe. So while recent P411 "okays" are great, I think it's fair to say they are not the end all, be all.

I have used P411 exclusively for several years, although I have not been very active for about the last five years. I have several P411 ok's, but they are from women who apparently are not in the business
any longer.  Any comments about what I should do?

Book with a p411 provider but be prepared to go through her screening.  Then after the session ask for a p411 okay.  After a couple you'll be re-established on p411.

Some are likely to be more accommodating to someone in your position than others.
