Ditto to what vorlon said. Surprised it took someone so long to post my initial reaction to the OP. If you had a bad experience then say "don't see her" not "go see her and treat her like shit".
When someone says that, it means they were careful to mind the rules and be a gentleman. And during the session, perhaps they received services they were not expecting. Or the session was particularly hot. That's what it means. The provider exceeded expectations on some level, and the reviewer perceives the added attention as the "thank you" for being courteous.
