More likely they have moved off this Board ..

I know a fair number of the older women who have left this board because of trolls, hostile comments etc.  They can easily be found on other boards. Most work with their regulars and they maintain those relationships with mails.This board has about 18 older providers who are reviewed this year but in general is for women 22-40.

In general, I believe that under moderating has decreased women's participation on the board by tolerating an abusive environment at times.
