I've been collecting some data on the influx of escorts to the Superbowl.  I used p411 stats as a proxy for the percentage of increase in escorts.

My first sample of escorts available in Minnesota was the evening of Jan 24, 2017.  At that time there were 175 active p411 ads, with 32 of them being visitors.  At the peak influx on the evening of Feb 3, 2017, there were 184 active p411 ads, with 38 of them being visitors.

That corresponds to a 5% increase in all escorts, local and visitor, and an 18% increase in visiting escorts.

And all the girls in your stats had nothing either.  
Even all the restaurants in uptown / north loop and outlying suburbs didn't get the boost they expected. Unless you were at the Mall of America, Nicollet Mall or on the light rail in between everything was an epic fail.
  Blame the weather.

It wasn't terrible but it wasn't Houston either. If anything, it did create many inquiries for when I'll be in other cities. And I've been able to establish some communications with folks that reached out & colleagues from other areas. I look at it as an investment into the future.
