I have read so many comments against TER Admin deleting posts, changing things here and there, and whatever.  But we are still here.  I have not had any bad experiences with anyone in TER.  I was even banned from the Provider Only Board.  I emailed, they explained, I learned.  I understand that it gets frustrating when they delete your stuff and leave other stuff.  I understand when it gets frustrating when you have to change your reviews for one reason or another.

HOWEVER, ZERO of us has any clue what happens behind the scenes in TER land.  They don't complain about us all the time, and we are loads worse when it comes to pissing people off.  So, can we please cut them a little slack?  This is just something that has been on my mind.

I don't ever see people defending ADMIN, and I am not going to be in that camp anymore.  I have to believe that there are others out there who appreciate this site and all they have done for us.

Yes I personally have had many problems with TER admin. Yet I have thought many times it's just a specific moderator that's not a constant- because many times I've been "spanked" (so 2 speak) with conflicting reasons or vague references to the rules & regulations that still don't seem to relate to the specific dilemmas I've had.....
And still I've been told certain posts not going up, signing in, post's not getting removed, pictures/ads removed ...ect....ect..... All happening because of a "glitch"  
And yet I still pay my monthly -bimonthly membership fee's  

At one time after much board participation & after about a year I WAS let on the PO board & I found that information to be detrimental to my safety as a provider.....I love that place & visited and commented often.....but alas- nothing so good will last to long sometimes.....so yet again when A glitch stopped me from signing onto TER once for 2 whole days -I tried to reach the support so I rushed thru making another profile and tried to sign in that way -to get to TER support- but even that wouldn't allow me access to TER,  

Finally a friend told me to go to twitter & talk to TER, so I did, ditched the other profile never having signed in under it, and resumed my activity on TER after going thru some steps to clear out a bunch of stuff from my computer which -I'm told prevented me from signing on- so long story -long (SORRY)  

I've since been told I'm not allowed on the PO only board again because I tried to get on TER under a dif. Profile....
So to anyone who bothered to read this far, yet again the frustration of TER reigns in my mind sharp and annoyingly.....

Though I STILL believe in this place, ever since I stumbled upon it in 2013  
I've been amazed and enthralled reading reviews & visiting beautiful websites, even being so lucky to meet some of these awesome gals  
I believe very strongly in TER and all it provides us, (so you'll never see me publicly bash them)  you are SO right they all don't get the respect for all they have to deal with...  
I conclude (much like I've learned in this hobby-world) even if there are some that cant stand me.....I'm still forever grateful to the entire staff of TER and each and everyone of its silent and outspoken members...we represent some of the most open minded, sex loving, freedom loving, individuals of our time!

I once was banned from the boards as well, I did have some trouble with a female provider, who was stalking me on the board, using different alias, and so on, and I made the mistake of engaging her, and doing battle on the board.
I guess I had it coming, so I took my medicine and eventually, TER Admin sent me an email, or actually multiple emails, inviting me back.

That I was banned, was hurtful, simply because I was not the trouble maker, nor did I instigate
anything, but I did strike back, thus in TERs eyes, I was guilty as charged, end of story.
call it mutual combatants LOL

Now, I joined the board when it originally was bought online as the Twin Cities board, and have always been a member of sorts of TER since that time.

Singing praises of TER, Damn right I am. simply because of what others have stated in this thread already.

TER has saved me a boat load of cash, and time, and allowed me to steer clear of many dramas and
bumps in the road, TER has often allowed me to determine if a provider was BSC, or a Rip off, and so much more.
While we all may have had our conflicts with TER admin, Just imagine what the hobby life would be like without TER.
Even now days, with me having quit the hobby scene quite awhile back, I still read the boards,
and reviews, just in case I decide to get my feet and other things wet again.

Thanks TER, for helping me meet some Really Great individuals, men and women alike, and to have had some fantastic romps in a bed with some very seductive and beautiful women.
There were some painful times, due to hateful and hostile individuals who have came and went, and frankly, that I don't miss, however it allowed me to realize whom I could rub shoulders with
and whom to steer clear of.

And that's part of the problem.  TER does things behind the scenes but doesn't communicate what's going on, which then leaves us wondering what happened, why things have changed, and in general often confused and frustrated.  It's their website and they can run it as they see fit but more open communication would help.

I had this big ol' response all typed out but I deleted it and instead I have this simple response...

"There is really no use posting anymore"

This is a website that deals in the marginal of life so there is no reason for anything other than the top down dealing with customer service issues.  I've learned to shut up, again, and sit back and watch.

I haven't had any real issues with the Admins personally but obviously others have. I do believe that the lack of transparency by the Admins causes people to speculate, leading some to develop conspiracy theories. But then again one of the benefits of being in charge is not having to explain everything you do.
I've signed up with plenty of other boards but TER is the one I check most often.

I just get sick of ONLY bashing them.  Yeah, the humans on the other side of this fuck up all the time.  I think they'd get better way faster if there were a little more honey their way.  Ya know?  I've been lucky to never have any major problems with them, only little ones that were easily resolved.

Yes, I really do think they help us be MUCH safer.  I think sometimes we forget that they are dealing with bazillions of people.  So, to think that they give extra attention to MN versus whatever is going on in Vegas or Botswana... I mean, who knows how big it is!  We are but little cogs, people.

What we want is more communication and understanding from the TER Admins, correct?  Well, the person wanting needs to pursue that instead of sitting around wanting and complaining.  SO, what is a more productive way of communicating with TER Admin?  Bitching in public forums (it has its place, yes... but not in excess) doesn't help.  So, instead of getting people to agree with your problem, why not spend the time on a solution.  

The basics of this is that we want to play.  So, why spend so much time on this?  Spend time doing what you came here for in the first place.
