The provider itself is probably fake or a scam too. Pictures are ripped off another person.

It must be working cause I see many new fake ads popping up lately. Scammers figured out way to make money and not get into trouble.

...so I thought I would follow up.  Ended up in a conversation with someone who was more interested in stringing me along than screening or figuring out an appointment, and for whom English was not a first language. It came from a Wichita IP, not that that means much. And the last message I got, of course, was:
"OK. No problem, so you have to make a booking payment."

Another fake?

On the plus side, at least her prices are coming closer to something reasonable and the (fake) review suggests she has figured out how to engage the customer base. I bet she's hot, but her current business model means I might never find out.
