As you said, it depends on several things especially the services offered with the massage and the overall quality of the service. From what I've seen, the range for 1 hour FBSM starts in the low 100s and goes over 200; about the highest I've seen is 250 and that's getting into or at least close to FS territory.
My recommendation to the OP is to get full VIP if she doesn't have it already so she can easily review services and rates of other massage providers in the area and see how her rates compare. That can be done other ways, but having VIP makes it easier.

I was talking about BJs, mostly. I also know some ladies charge extra for mutual touch, nude body to body, and DATY. Then again, sometimes those come along with the regular price. It's a YMMV thing.
Prices are one thing and no shows are another. I'm just a massage guy, and I think the prices have raised quite a bit in the last few months. Seems not too long ago an hour was $140-$160. Now it seems an hour is $180-$200, but there are still some very good ones who do an hour for $170. Doesn't help that many new girls with no experience or reviews are asking the higher prices and providing less service. Some don't even do nude for that price, which I find quite frustrating.
For someone to no-show is just being discourteous and an asshole. If someone knows your price, schedules, and then doesn't show, well, then I suggest the cause of no-show is not your price but something else. Do you have reviews that maybe aren't so good? Are you experienced? How do you advertise? Do you work in a place where girls have shitty reviews or the location is seedy? Those reasons shouldn't cause no-show, IMO, though because the guy could at least give you a heads up that he's not coming.

If someone is looking for a basic massage with Lingerie it ranges from 130-160 and it's a L1 .
For Topless L2 I charge 200.
For the closest thing you will get to gfe, I charge -225.
Many ladies charge what they feel is necessary. If people are ncns that isn't a problem with you, it's with them. Charge what you feel comfortable with.
....that bargin basement pricing brings in bargin basement clientele. I don't think lowering your rate will reduce your incidence of NCNSs, it might even have the opposite effect by drawing in a less desirable client base. Buying a month of VIP would be a cheap way to research other providers rates and see how your's compare.
If no HE is involved, it's pretty easy to get an excellent massage from an LMT in the Twin Cities for $60-70 per hour. My favorite therapist charges $70/hour and discounts are available if you commit to regular sessions.
